In 1984, Yvan Liaudet and his apprentice Francis Trolliet (current director of Liaudet Pial SA) founded Liaudet SA in Lausanne. Very quickly, the company acquired new trucks that were increasingly specialised in one area: sewer cleaning.
And no, we have never sold ice cream! Opposite is Liaudet SA’s first camera inspection bus, dating from 1986. Quite an evolution.
Gradually, the work carried out by Liaudet SA is becoming similar to what we do today. Drainage, lake clean-up, cleaning drinking water reservoirs… we take on every challenge!
In 2002, Liaudet SA joined forces with Serge and Jean Michel Galley, the brothers who founded Pial SA. The merger of these companies created Liaudet Pial SA, headquartered in Renens with branches in Vernier and Worben (Pial AG).

Ducret Frères SA, a transport and sanitation company based in Corsier-sur-Vevey, joins the Liaudet Pial SA adventure. Its activities are therefore expanding into the fields of camera inspection and real estate.

Biohuile is a brand that collects used cooking oil in French-speaking Switzerland and recycles it locally into renewable energy (biodiesel/biogas). It targets committed kitchens and restaurants, offering them a clean, traceable and sustainable service.
