Essential Knowledge Transfer
We organize an internal training day dedicated to our apprentice Sanitation Technologists (CFC 1st, 2nd and 3rd year / AFP 1st and 2nd year), in collaboration with our in-house trainers. This day combines both theory and hands-on field practice, with a clear objective: to prepare our apprentices for their exams and support them as closely as possible to the realities of the profession.
The Apprentices’ Day is an exclusively internal training program designed to strengthen technical skills, share best practices, and highlight the expertise that ensures the quality of our daily operations. Training, supervising, and supporting our apprentices means investing sustainably in the future of our profession.
Certified Training for the Future
At Liaudet Pial SA, we are proud to offer recognized professional training paths in the field of sanitation. The CFC Sanitation Technologist training program prepares our apprentices to master all the technical aspects of the profession, from pipe cleaning and drain clearing to camera inspections and the rehabilitation of sewer systems and pipelines. Safety procedures and signaling practices are also taught, as they are essential to the practice of our profession.
Practical and Motivating Learning
We also train AFP Sanitation Maintenance Agents, focusing on the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of wastewater drainage systems. This qualification allows our apprentices to develop strong practical skills while becoming part of a field team from the very beginning of their careers.
